Data from the contact form: your name, email address, telephone number if you choose to give one, preferred language of communication, the subject of your enquiry and the text of your message.
Technical data: with every visit the server records data such as an IP address and the type of browser and device. This serves the security and proper functioning of the site.
Analytics data: none is collected. The site uses no cookies and no traffic statistics tools. See the Cookie policy.
No data beyond the above is collected. The form requires no registration and enquiries are not stored in a database.

Legal professional privilege

The contact form is intended for first contact. Please do not send confidential details of your case through it. Please use the telephone or a meeting in person for those.
Who else has access
The following providers are used so that the site and the mailbox can operate. Each processes data under a contract and with the appropriate safeguards:
- Vercel Inc.: hosting of the site
- Jump.BG: the mailbox and the sending of messages from the form
Data is not disclosed to anyone else, except where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made under appropriate safeguards, namely standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision. You may obtain a copy of those safeguards, or information on where they are available, at bozhidara@karachorova.com.
How long data is kept
Enquiries sent through the form: 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted.
A longer period applies only where the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, until the relevant limitation period expires.
If an enquiry leads to instructions being accepted, the data becomes part of the case file and is kept under the rules applicable to legal practice rather than under the period above.
Anonymised summaries, from which no individual can be identified, may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
