Who else has access

The following providers are used so that the site and the mailbox can operate. Each processes data under a contract and with the appropriate safeguards:

Data is not disclosed to anyone else, except where required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made under appropriate safeguards, namely standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision. How long data is kept

Enquiries sent through the form: 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted.

A longer period applies only where the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, until the relevant limitation period expires.

If an enquiry leads to instructions being accepted, the data becomes part of the case file and is kept under the rules applicable to legal practice rather than under the period above.

Anonymised summaries, from which no individual can be identified, may be kept indefinitely.
