What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores in your browser so that it can recognise you on a later visit. Some are necessary for the page to work; others are used for statistics or for advertising.
What this site does instead
The language you read the site in forms part of the page address, so it does not need to be remembered in a cookie.
The site loads no content from outside providers. While you are reading it, your browser makes no connection to any third-party server.
The contact form works without cookies. The details you enter are sent only when you press the button.
With every visit the server records technical data such as an IP address and the type of browser. This is not a cookie, because nothing remains on your device. That data serves the security and proper functioning of the site and is described in the Privacy policy.
Legal basis
Storing information on your device and gaining access to it are governed by Article 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act and, where cookies process personal data, by the General Data Protection Regulation. Those rules require clear information and an opportunity to refuse before anything is stored on your device.
This site stores nothing on your device, and so no consent is sought.
If this changes
If cookies for statistics are introduced in future, they will not load before you have given your consent. You will see a notice with equally weighted buttons to accept and to refuse, nothing will be ticked in advance, and refusing will not restrict your access to any part of the site.
